Achilles tear
- thomson test (no contraction on squeezing of the calf
- clinical diagnosis but ultrasound (SMH has them 8-4 mon-fri)
- Cast in equinas or heel boot with heel lift

- high morbidity
- If high suspicion consider foot CT
